Description: Nestled just outside the downtown district, Progress Village park offers attendees a wide variety of first-class facility attributes. This state-of-the-art recreational facility serves as the primary sports complex for several leagues in the Progress Village area. The 120 acres that make up this facility provide a centralized space that host multiple games simultaneously.

The complex includes four baseball fields, batting cages and two football fields, one with artificial sports turf. Additional features include bleachers, baseball and football storage buildings, a concession/meeting room building, landscaping and irrigation, a maintenance building, two press boxes, sports field lighting system, and parking for more than 600 vehicles.

The complex is named after Larry Sanders who has been actively involved in the lives of the youth in the Progress Village community for more than 35 years. He also established the Progress Village Panthers Football Organization and has coached both softball and baseball for many years.
